In order to successfully deliver each element of the INTERREG IVA Multi Annual Plan EBR has established 4 Implementation Groups which will oversee day to day delivery. There will be one for each Operation and one drawing together the environmental elements of the Plan. The Implementation Groups will be concerned with the delivery of the agreed services in each Operation and for the environment. The Implementation Groups will consist of members of the EBR Ltd. Secretariat, appointed service providers, Elected Members and/or Council Officials. In many ways the Implementation Groups will build on the work of the EBR’s existing Working Groups.
The overall objective of all of the activities of EBR Ltd. will be to advance the EBR Ltd. aim of balanced and sustainable development of the cross border region.
For each EBR Operation, a cross-border, region-wide Advisory Forum will be established broadly reflecting the interests which were represented in the East Border Region INTERREG IIIA Partnership and building upon the relationships established through that Partnership.
