It covers local government finance, medium-term financial planning, budget monitoring and financial resilience. Participants learn how financial decisions happen, and the risks and responsibilities involved.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #252568;\"><strong>How will it be delivered?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">Through practical discussion and an interactive budgeting exercise, participants explore the difference between revenue and capital funding. They examine how inflation and market conditions affect major projects. They also apply the principles of good financial governance.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #252568;\"><strong>What will I get out of it?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">By the end of the session, participants can interpret financial information with confidence.
