If you\u2019re unsure whether your organisation is eligible, please check our website for further information.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #252568;\">What will I learn?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This workshop covers the financial leadership needed to deliver compliant, well-governed externally funded programmes. It covers financial governance, programme management and financial control. It also builds skills in project sustainability and strategic decision-making across complex, multi-partner projects.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #252568;\">How will it be delivered?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Through practical discussion, participants will build effective governance arrangements for multi-partner projects. They&#8217;ll also create robust financial monitoring and reporting processes, and learn how to manage delivery risks, cost pressures and funding constraints as they arise across a project&#8217;s lifecycle.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #252568;\">What will I get out of it?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">By the end of the session, participants can identify financial risks that threaten project delivery and put the right mitigations in place. In addition, they&#8217;ll understand how financial performance, outcomes and benefits realisation connect. Finally, they&#8217;ll prepare projects for financial closure and apply lessons learned from previous PEACEPLUS, Shared Island and EU-funded programmes.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #252568;\">Get Involved<\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">If your council is taking part in BRIDGE, contact your council&#8217;s BRIDGE representative to register for this session.
