What is the BRIDGE Project?
BRIDGE is a dedicated cross-border initiative designed to support local authority officials, elected representatives, and community stakeholders. The initiative operates across 12 border councils and 2 cross-border networks.
This project represents a powerful partnership between East Border Region Ltd and the Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN). Together, we are focused on strengthening governance and fostering connectivity. Our core purpose includes:
- Erasing administrative silos
- Building collective regional frameworks.
- Delivering free, non-accredited training programmes on a needs basis.
